Too often, Black and newcomer moms face barriers that make it harder to restart their careers, pursue entrepreneurship, or access the networks and resources that open doors.

Ngozi Eme
With over a decade of experience in Change Management, HR, and Business Development across multiple sectors, Ngozi has played a pivotal role in assisting mothers to achieve success in their careers. Her own experiences as a mother have enhanced her understanding of the distinct challenges they face, igniting a commitment to provide support.
Through her support several professionals have experienced career growth and gained clarity in their career journey.
Udeme Lawrence
Udeme is a Salesforce Business Consultant who has successfully transitioned her career from commercial pilot to a technology training instructor, all while embracing her role as a mother. She holds a master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has supported numerous entrepreneurs in achieving success and has a remarkable ability to assist mothers in converting their passions into profitable ventures.
