Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a MumsFirst program or event, please notify us as soon as possible.

For paid programs or events, cancellations made within the cancellation period stated at registration may be eligible for a refund. Registration or processing fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

For free or fully funded programs, we ask participants who can no longer attend to cancel promptly so the opportunity can be offered to someone else.

If MumsFirst cancels a paid program or event, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.
