MumsFirst is a women-led social impact organization advancing the economic empowerment of mothers. We work to remove systemic barriers faced by women with caregiving responsibilities and create more equitable pathways to career advancement, entrepreneurship and leadership. Through practical programs, mentorship and meaningful connections, we help women access opportunities, build economic independence and thrive.

This program provides specialized support to employees getting back to work after maternity/parental leave. We partner with organizations to support mom employees. We provide resources and tools for the wellbeing of employees ensuring they can perform at their maximum potential.
